Need Advice on a Dispute with a Seller

Hi everyone, I’m seeking advice regarding a dispute with a seller. I purchased a shirt, but after the sale, the seller ignored my messages and reposted the same item for sale. I opened a dispute after not receiving any updates and provided my “proof”. The seller claimed he shipped my item and provided a tracking number, stating it was shipped the day before he sent me the tracking. However, the tracking information indicates it was shipped the same day he provided it. He also sent me pictures of a shipping label showing my name and address, with a weight of 6 oz. I contacted USPS, and they informed me that the actual package weight is only 1 oz, which raises concerns that the package might be empty. Now the seller is asking me to cancel the dispute since he claims he shipped the item. How should i go about this?
