My PayPal Account Permanently limited

Hi, my PayPal account suddenly got permanently limited even though i provided all the verification documents which was asked. Now there is no option to contact PayPal and all my funds are also got stuck in it. i want to appeal the account limitation.

Paypal has my account limited too. They have been denying me access since 02/09/2024. They refuse to provide evidence that would support their reasoning to limit my account. They are holding an individual account responsible for a UCC filing that is against an LLC. They Could not even give a valid reason as to how they can limit my account other than this filing that clearly states it is against an LLC and against one that does not even exist. Do not use PayPal they will take your money hostage CONSUMERS BEWARE…

Today I had the same issue and the reason they are telling me that your transactions were business transactions and you were receiving them as personal payment through friends and family member method. I requested paypal to atleast release my balance it was $2,404. I am student in Japan and in this payment I have to pay my supplier I just started using this paypal and I didn't know much about it. Now my money is stuck and I don't have money to pay my suppliers and I explained them my situation that if I am not able to pay them I will suicide but they are not understanding and in last they said that our relevant department will call you back. Literally I am crying at the time as i don't have any money to pay my supplier and if paypal don't release my money the only option I have is suicide.

I am just trying to set up a new business account. I provided the bank statement requested, then got an email saying "The document you provided was incorrect". I don't know how to provide a more correct bank statement than the one I got from the bank. After another try I got an email that my account that has never been used is permanently limited. We are in good standing with the bank. No issues. I tried contacting PayPal customer service. Never could get to talk to a human and could not get any automated answers. All a dead end.

I called and spoke to an actual person today about a brand new business account that I was setting up and got permanently limited the very first day. You have to go to the contact section that is listed in the footer, select the call option which gives you a six digit code to enter when you call the number. At first you will listen to an automated response. When it's finished say that you need to talk to a person. It will again tell you about some automated help, and you must then say again that you need to talk to a person. If I remember correctly, it was after saying it twice that I was connected with an actual person, but it might have been three times. Anyway, they apparently are not allowed to tell you over the phone about the exact reason your account was limited, but they can open a ticket and they told me that I should hear back in 5 to 7 business days. I hope this helps.
