A few months after a closed my Facebook account, my paypal account was charged over $500 US. Paypal themselves consider it to be an authorized transaction. Can anyone help me?

Hello @Temp20230820u,
Thanks for joining the PayPal Community Forum!
I'm sorry to hear that your unauthorized dispute was denied. If the transaction took place through a pre-existing automatic payment, that could have been why it was denied. I know you mentioned you had already closed your Facebook account, but I'd double-check with Facebook if the account was successfully closed, and if not, you'd need to report the unauthorized transaction through them. If a new subscription was created when this transaction took place, please reach out to our Customer Support teams to request an appeal. You can find the different options to contact Customer Support on our Help Center here: How do I contact PayPal Customer Service?
I hope you receive a refund soon!
