I'm not sure what these charges are on my PayPal account. I have 3 of them in a row. They have already come out of my checking account. I hope you can help

Try to reach out to them 2-3 times before asking PayPal to do anything. These folks finally refunded me. It took some doing but they did.

Well done on finding address. They ignored my messages and communicated only through PayPal. Good luck!

I've also had this issue with the seller. They have so many landing pages made up to mislead the user. I counted at least four that I had to scroll all the way down to decline the "offer" all after logging my payment details via PayPal. Somehow they managed to slip in an extra order of four items I never approved of and took over a day to reply to my cancellation request with the excuse that the order has already shipped. They also set up automatic payments on both charges which I promptly cancelled. 100% a scam.

That was exactly the same as me and PayPal ruled in their favour despite me sending all the documentation to prove I’d never ordered the damned stuff. I ended up selling the patches on eBay to get rid of them . They burned my skin!
