Hi, The company behind pulsetto, Kilornd Is charging me extra, and I read it doing the same to other people... I want out, and a refund, how do I get help ?
Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it, you need to also cancel with the merchant directly. Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
