Joyui is giving PayPal customers a reason to bring a class action suit against PayPal for letting them continue to do business despite being blatant frauds. The complaints about Joyui are so consistent and blatant I don't know how they have been able to continue to scam on and on for years. It's almost surprising that they are still allowed to continue to do business. PayPal aren't you worried about how your treatment of your customers is going to present in a court case? You have been shown over and over that Joyui are bad players and yet you continue to let people get ensnared in their scams. Shame on you.

If we are enough customers maybe we can file a group lawsuit against this company Joyui Co Ltd. I found this link online / https://wilshirelawfirm.com/blog/can-you-sue-a-company-for-false-advertising/
I just was scammed by this company in july 2023 and still going around in circles since october 2023 with them who refuse to refund. I left the country for a few month and didn't receive my order in time. Discovered the item in October a ridiculous product I can't even wear. Yes me too, i don't usually fall for these ads, but wasn't used to see so many ads on Instagram and was not suspicious.

Very difficult to sue someone in China or anywhere else internationally as its not illegal in that country or many others to sell fakes or items not as described etc.
Also the laws in your country do not apply international unless you consider an international lawyer???
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
