Issue with identity confirmation

Hello, I keep get notifications and emails about confirming my identity before my account gets limited. However, i've already confirmed my identity and don't know what else to do. Any advice please? Cheers, Antonio

I realize you're getting emails to verify your identification. Based on your recent activity, our system may ask you to validate your identity. I would suggest you to please verify your account if you haven't already. If you have a limitation you can resolve it by providing the necessary information requested by the system. There are chances you might have also received a fake email, please learn more about how to identify a fake email and report it.
