Hello, on the 27th of November I bought something with the "Pay 30 day later" Option, unfortunately on the Dec 27th my Income was transferred late to my linked Bank Account due to a delay. It went to minus and then returned the Chargeback to Paypal, but from Dec 27th till now Jan 4th there was no negative Transaction/negative Balance (Which normally it should be on the Paypal Account a day later), mail notification or anything else on Paypals Side. So I'm somewhat confused on what to do now.

It sounds like the transaction may have been impacted by longer than normal response times due to the holidays. If you still haven't seen the transaction debit properly by now, I'd first recommend reaching out to your bank to see if they have any updates for you. If they do not, it may be best to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
