I’m unable to submit a dispute for a return/refund When filling all the information, at the bottom it says: Expected total refund NaN (Error) A You must enter a refund amount

Thank you for posting this. I'm dealing with the same issue due to an etsy scam and i'm surprised more people haven't reported it. I will call Paypal customer service next to try and get it resolved, but being directed to the resolution center only to have it not work is a little maddening.

 ref. PayPal read as "PP".   I've been using PayPal for many years. Until an issue is arised than you know how PayPal can relied upon. One time unsatisfied issue is one too many but I had more than 5 times over the years.  I learn to not to rely on PayPal to help you for anything (99% of times).  I only use PayPal where there is no other option to pay.  Make sure that you using PayPal  related credit card's customer service is easy to reach and voracious system in place to track down the cheater to get your money back.  My last issue was that the PP authorized/paid to the seller on the payment changes without my approval which I agreed/approved to buy for $26.xx but a few days later PP emailed me that PP paid to the Seller for the amount of $29.xx  PP don't let me file a complaint or request a full refund.  In the end, I have to contact my bank and he got my money back (full amount). PP is one of horrible company to do business with.  They are only good to make payment to oversea until issue occurred.  Bottom line, PP is cannot be relied to do financial transaction.  PP only wants take your money for the service and nothing more or less. PP don't want to do any extra mile to get your money back when you have issue with the payments.  Make a long story short, TRY NOT TO USE PP AND USE YOUR CREDIT CARD DIRECTLY IF YOU CAN.

It's frustrating that I have to CALL PayPal to get it figured out (during business hours no less) when it is clearly a problem for many. At least let me send an email. Did you get this resolved?

I called their number and it took a while to get through to a person from the automated system, but once I did the agent was able to submit a claim for me right away.
