 ref. PayPal read as "PP".   I've been using PayPal for many years. Until an issue is arised than you know how PayPal can relied upon. One time unsatisfied issue is one too many but I had more than 5 times over the years.  I learn to not to rely on PayPal to help you for anything (99% of times).  I only use PayPal where there is no other option to pay.  Make sure that you using PayPal  related credit card's customer service is easy to reach and voracious system in place to track down the cheater to get your money back.  My last issue was that the PP authorized/paid to the seller on the payment changes without my approval which I agreed/approved to buy for $26.xx but a few days later PP emailed me that PP paid to the Seller for the amount of $29.xx  PP don't let me file a complaint or request a full refund.  In the end, I have to contact my bank and he got my money back (full amount). PP is one of horrible company to do business with.  They are only good to make payment to oversea until issue occurred.  Bottom line, PP is cannot be relied to do financial transaction.  PP only wants take your money for the service and nothing more or less.
