Is Actitech Ltd linked to a fitness app?

Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

You would need to contact the company that you paid to request a refund.

As you had a subscription set up then paypal did as you requested and paid it to the company of your choice.

Unfortunately its not paypals fault if you didn't realise you had to pay after the 'trial'.

Something you have to keep an eye out for if you sign up to anything 'free' as it often isn't.

Actitech has been taking out money each month from my account. I never subscribed to it nor do I want whatever they offer if anything. This is fraud!

They go under loads of names including fitness apps etc.

A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product, and forget to cancel and it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting.

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I paid 50p for a week's trial to Omo (payments are registered as Actitech) but I never even opened the app, have no recollection of being told an automated payment would be set up and I haven't even created an account with them. I've contacted them asking for a refund of the £79.20 I was charged today. If they decline I will approach PayPal directly. 🤞

I have been charged $99.99 through PayPal from a company called Actitech. I am not familiar with this company and I have never purchased anything from them. How do I unsubscribe and get my money back?

Did you read some of the 42 pages of this thread on what the company is?

Then read my post 2 up from yours?

It is tied to the Omo app. I just cancelled mine as auto payments were being withdrawaled.
