Incorrect Limitation on Account

A limitation has been put on my account saying that I'm under the age of 18 when I am 18 years old. I have provided proof of identity which shows my age. I got another email saying that the limitation had been lifted but I still cannot use paypal. Anyone know what to do?

If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".
