I send money and a "problem with my account" comes up without stating what the problem is.

I try to send money, but this message comes up

"There’s a problem with your account. Please go to the Resolution Center  so we can help you resolve any limitations on your account.

If you continue to encounter problems, please contact Customer Service ."

The Resolution Center doesn't allow me to resolve anything because the transaction doesn't exist yet.

The Customer Service only leads to the Assistant saying this before disappearing:
"
I found a limitation on your account that is preventing you from sending money or making purchases.

To continue making payments and regain full account access, we'll want to try and resolve this limitation
I'm happy to help. I know limitations can be frustrating. One moment while I take a look."

Is there a way I can find support on this?

Hello @essebiesse

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues resolving a limitation. Here's a Help Center article to guide you through Resolving a limitation. If you're still unable to resolve that limitation after that, please reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.

I hope that helps!
