I got spooky email

I got on my email some spooky message from PayPal

PayPal asking to confirm my "taxes residency details by 2 oct 2023" the problem is i am not from Australia and my name in paypal is not "Bitcoin Markets"..

I this some error from PayPal?

I never buy or sell any bitcoin via PayPal and I am not from Australia and never been there.

( Funny part is, the message that I got from PayPal is not even linked with my second email adres. this email i got from my private email adres that PayPal can't know and is only used for my job and school. )

Anyone help?

Welcome! Thank you for joining PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've received a suspicious email claiming to be from PayPal. Based on that screenshot alone, it's hard to tell if it's from PayPal or not. It could be from PayPal but your email address is just accidentally on another PayPal account through a small-mispelling issue, or it may potentially be phishing.
