Account limited

I registered for a PayPal account but got a message that my account is permanent limited. I haven’t even gone as far as uploading my documents or linking it to any bank or credit card. How can I rectify this? Thanks in advance

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Your answers are the same for every question posted on this topic. Unfortunately not helpful and almost identical to the Bot answering questions on their Facebook page. The help/contact button does not give a list of countries, I’ve checked all possible options but cannot find a list of countries to call.

Yes of course its the same answer !! what do you expect us to do about your permanent limitation apart from redirect you to customer services??

 

Secondly no one stated there were a 'list of countries' I said when you go to help/contact you get the options available for your country. As regards the phone option then you may or may not have it. If you do then that would be the phone option nearest to your country.
