I don't have the transaction listed because I created my account after I paid without making an account, phone support said to make an account and then open a dispute but there's no way to do that?
Please some PayPal employee contact me...

- Click Disputes and account limitations.
- Click Disputes.
- Click Dispute a payment.
- Click Call Us, after the “This information might help” box.
Have the Receipt ID number from PayPal email receipt on hand to reference the transaction when calling or messaging PayPal .
