Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into unauthorized access on your PayPal account. I can certainly understand this is a concerning situation. I would first recommend reaching directly out to our Customer Support teams to report the unauthorized access to we can help you secure your PayPal account. However, if they gained access to your computer, we would certainly recommend running an anti-virus or malware scan as well. You may also want to change your passwords and security questions for all your email accounts and accounts with any financial institution or any other institution with your personal data.
You may also wish to put a fraud alert on your credit record with one of the three major Credit Reporting Agencies (CRAs); Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion.
Although each CRA is a separate entity, you only have to contact one of the CRAs and they will automatically notify the other two.

@Tonyjuice. thanks for your reply! If you have your account back and you can see the transaction in your PayPal Activity, you would want to open an Unauthorized Dispute through our Resolution Center.
