I got an email that my primary email was changed, and that is NOT my email.

I got an email that my primary email was changed, and it is NOT my email. It still lets me log into PayPal with my faceID and it wouldn't let me update to MY original email that PayPal had because it said that this email is already associated with another PayPal account. So I opened up my laptop to log in with MY email, and it takes me straight to a page to update my account to a business account. Am I getting hacked? I can log into both pay pals, but MY PayPal does not have my email, or my phone number, just my name and my address.

I'm going through this right now. I couldn't login at all and tried the fake email that it was changed to to forget the password, but I still can't get in. This is frustrating. I have locked my cards just in case someone tries to use my bank accounts. Please let me know how it is handled for you.

I had to contact PayPal through phone. I called them right at 8 o'clock, waited a good 20/30 minutes to get through, but gave them all my info and they walked me through the process to change my email and my passwords. I had to add a secondary email that is now my log in email, confirm it while on the phone, and change my password. It was very thorough and pretty quick. I would absolutely give them a call and get it fixed.
