Hello, I sold clothes on a secondhand clothing trading platform called Grealid yesterday. I registered the information after the sale, but I got a text message that it was permanently suspended. It was my first sale, and I think I registered it without being familiar with it in the process of registering the information. Currently, I have prepared receipts and documents to prove it, and I have also registered shipping tracking. If you give me a chance again, I will register well. It's really important for me.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
