So I have a problem. After I recieved payment and recieved this message: We encountered a little problem crediting your account. Why do we need this information? You received a payment of $xxx.00 USD from (xxxxxxxxxx) but we have a problem crediting your account with that amount, because the status of your account is not a business user which makes your account limit as this amount is above your limit. We won’t be able to credit your account until your account limit has been expanded. Note: You have to take this urgent step to expand your limit. You’re to contact the sender of your account (xxxxxxxxx) to send additional payment of $xxx.00 USD to your account, to expand your account limit, as soon as this is done, the total sum of $xxx.00 USD will be credited to your account. You’re to refund the $xxx.00 USD back after he/she sent it to you. So he did. And than I was informed that my money are pending and I have to refund the last payment from my own money and PayPal will credit the whole payment after that. And if I don't do this I can be arrested!!!!!!! So I tried to refund, but the client didn't give me correct information and I can't do it. And I don't want to make it outside PayPal , cause I don't trust anything else. And he is saying that he can't cancel the payment, although I didn't recieved/claimed it. HELP! I sent a response email to the last one , that said I could be arrested. Anyone had issues like this????? HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Hello @LimsKraghma,
Thanks for joining the PayPal Community!
I'm sorry to hear of the concern caused by the email you received. I can confirm the emails you received are not from PayPal, and the buyer is not legitimate. Please do not send them any money, products, or provide a service. Neither you nor the buyer need to pay any fees to upgrade PayPal accounts or remove limitations. They will not have any grounds to try reporting you to the police. It's a tactic to scare you into paying. You can learn more about phishing emails on our Help Center. If you had clicked on any links in the emails, please reset your password right away. I also suggest visiting this Help Center article to learn more about common scams. It is a US article, but the information applies to everyone.
I hope this information helps; stay safe!
