Help me please

What I'm doing wrong? I have limited business account and I can't close it because of that. I have tryed to get of from limited account and I have done everything that it says but the limits won't go of. It just ask my IBAN and I put it and then it says "OK" and nothing really happens. So please can someone tell me what to do because I really need to close that account to get normal personal account back. Thanks already!
