I cant log in to my account

I literally have no clue what to do, I dont really wanna call paypal since there is no need for such thing I am furious and cant log in since this morning.

I cant log in to my account and I also cant even try to recover it as "We cant make sure its you" message pops up whatever I do and I cant even get help as it needs me to log in...

Whatever I try or do it does not let me this stupid message just pops up before I can do anything and it is just frustrating...

Firstly make sure you are not using a VPN and you have a mobile phone linked and confirmed on your paypal account.

Then........

 

• Try to clear your cache and cookies from your browser or use a different web browser to log in. If you're trying from the app, please try to re-install it.
• Try login in from a web browser instead of the app to check if you'll be allowed to access it.
• Log into your PayPal from one consistent device
• Allow 48 hours and try again.

 

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please reach out to the PayPal Support Team to check this further.
