Unable to request payment on paypal

Why ai am unable to request payment on Paypal. Always getting a message as ‘’There is a problem with your account. Please visit our help centre’’. I tried the help centre through May i ask you, but that wasn’t very helpful. Kindly confirm why this is happening.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to request payments from your PayPal account. As per the error message, it is possible that your account is limited. Account Limitations prevent you from completing certain actions with your account, such as withdrawing, sending, or receiving money. Usually, we ask you to complete some steps to remove the limitations in your account. Please go the resolution center and follow the steps to resolve the limitations placed in your account. If you don't see any limitations and still getting the error, I would suggest you to contact the Support Team to look into this further.
