I Can No Longer Use PayPal

Hey! My name is Daniel, and I tried to change my mobile number on my business account, and have gotten an error. Before that, I could use the account just fine and had little to no issues with PayPal as a service provider. However, due to my attempts (note: I also made a support ticket via live chat), my account got locked due to suspicious activity, which is understandable. It's not usual for me to move phone numbers around.
However! The reason my account was locked is due to me being a MINOR. I was born on February 25th, 1997. I am currently 27 years old. A minor - I am NOT. This account is a few years old now, and I have NO idea why this account termination (which happened within a few hours in one single Tuesday) is possible.
I want to ask for all the justification in the world for this termination, and a human to speak to to appeal this decision. I would also like to know what is the reason my account got suspended (this time). I have won every dispute with you guys, I am an extremely old user, I had a business account (while not as active, it was being used, and until today it had recurring transactions going through it), and I have never been disputed against, I have always provided everything requested from me... I see no rule being broken here, and if there is - please let me know which one(s).
I have sent the required email they attached for "appeal purposes".
I would love to have any sort of assistance. Nothing is out of the ordinary, but this decision to terminate my account. Meanwhile, I'll wait for an official PayPal response via email.

I would imagine so, but I can't remember when exactly I made the account. Any way for me to find out?

Click on profile/settings and the year you joined would be on the left by your profile picture, unfortunately it does not tell you the month.

I am having a similar problem. I am a quadriplegic and use a mouth stick to type and employ virtual numbers for telephony. At login, PayPal gives me an error message saying that such platforms are not supported. I get the same result when I try a friend's physical cell number. My garbled speech precludes me from easily talking on the phone.
I have been a PayPal customer for about 25 years. Never have I had such a problem until last week. What a CROCK....!
