I am having a similar problem. I am a quadriplegic and use a mouth stick to type and employ virtual numbers for telephony. At login, PayPal gives me an error message saying that such platforms are not supported. I get the same result when I try a friend's physical cell number. My garbled speech precludes me from easily talking on the phone. I have been a PayPal customer for about 25 years. Never have I had such a problem until last week. What a CROCK....!
