How to withdraw money from a permanently limited account.

My name is Mary, my account was permanently limited six months ago and it had money, today on 19th July 2022,I received an email that I can now withdraw funds but my account will remain limited, I tried withdrawing my funds but it wasn't possible, kindly help me withdraw my funds.

Thank you for your post! I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems linking a bank or card! 

If you've received the message that your account is now eligible for withdrawing funds but you can't link the withdrawal financial credential, please contact Customer Service for assistance. There may need to be an adjustment on the PayPal side to allow it.

My Account was permanently limited is last year and it is up 180days, i got a notification from paypal that My money is up to 180days but, when i want to link my bank to withdraw error keep popping up saying: u can't link this banks because there was issue with your account over $320, please your team should allow me withdraw my money

I'm currently in kenya and i dont know how to contact paypal for the withdrawal.when i log in to the account it says i cannot contact them directly.its been seven months and i already got an email saying my funds were eligible for withdrawal.please help

In Kenya the normal withdrawal options available to you of MPESA or Equity Bank are not available after a permanent limitation. The only option still available when Paypal tell you that you can withdraw your funds is via a U.S bank account if you have one.
If you don't then you would need to contact customer services to help you access the funds from your permanently limited account.

Hi Mary, I am Kenyan and encountered the same problem as you have. Kindly, how did you resolve your problem. I can't use Mpesa nor Equity. Anyone else please help.
