How to file a claim with PayPal after the account has been permanently limited

Hi all ,

I am a young Ukrainian who is at the front and I live with my mother and to receive help from volunteers from all over the world she was asked to create a Paypal account, something I did for her since she is 63 years old and does not know almost not used. To my great surprise I noticed that his account was limited, and they asked for his documents, I provided the documents and they permanently closed his account.

I'm angry because I don't understand why! someone help me contact PayPal customer service because just like everyone else, she is entitled to financial aid.

Did you provide her documents that matched her paypal account information?

Of course I did and a few minutes later, it was permanently blocked. I am really disgusted by this situation because if something happens to me, what will become of her ? In any case, I just understood that they don't care about any of that.
