Buyer opened a dispute implying I did not send the item, usps updated a day after and then his reason changed to “item not described” . Now I sent the phone using the verified shipping address confirmed by PayPal, and obtained his signature at the time of drop off. The buyer was awarded a refund in his favor and he got to keep the brand new iPhone. I submitted all requested documents and plenty more. Do I have any room for an appeal…is there anyway for me to get the iPhone back ?

1. https://www.paypal.com/cshelp/article/how-do-i-contact-paypal-customer-service--HELP378
Phone them and appeal.
2. If you have proof you sent it to his paypal registered address and he received it and he fraudulently didn't reimburse you then do you have something like a small claims court in your country?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
