How do you upload something to the resolution center for a closed case?

How do you upload something to the resolution center for a closed case? They told me to do that but never explained how to do it. Paypal isn't even responding to me via message anymore.

You can't add anything once the case is closed, you would have to contact customer services to see if you can open an appeal.
