Click on the transaction in your paypal account and open a dispute for item not received or misdescribed via the report a problem link bottom of that details page.
As you haven't said how you were scammed hard to advise any further.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I received an email today. I've had things like this before and I deleted and conacted Paypayl. They told me to send them a copy via email but can't remember the email address.
Do you have it? Or know where I can find it?

Hello @Bugsie55 and @Mlloyd2005
Thank you for joining the Community Help!
Thanks for the help @kernowlass! I see you're looking to report the suspicious email to PayPal. To report a suspicious email or website, forward it to phishing@paypal.com and PayPal will investigate it for you. You can learn more about spotting a fake, fraudulent, or phishing PayPal email or website here.
Best wishes,
Bindu
