My account was closed for reasons unspecified and my money was held for a period of time. I received an email that I can now withdraw my funds, but because my account is limited, I cannot link a bank to withdraw the funds. How do I retrieve funds from a limited account?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
