Hold money

Everyone, I have an amount of money that has been held for 21 days, and they said they would release it by December 4 at the latest. However, today is already December 4, and I still haven’t received the funds that PayPal is holding. What should I do now to get my money? I’ve already delivered the goods and updated PayPal’s system to confirm successful delivery, including proof of receipt.

Its the 4th until midnight, they didn't say they would release the funds first thing in the morning did they !!
