Help! Payed online for a hoodie SCAM PAGE

Hi there, today I decided to order a hoodie online. After I placed the order I received confirmation from another company. After looking the company up I saw that the webpage was listed as scam. I alerted Paypal, opened a conflict and asked for the money back. Should I contact my bank too? Block the transfer?

Which dispute did you open?

Only paypal covers you for an unauthorised transaction which this is not as you made the payment.

OR non receipt of item, the seller would win if they provided a tracking number to prove they sent it.

OR item not as described, how can that be if you have not received it yet?
