I purchased item from Zero Miracle, including compulsory 'insurance'. The item was 'delivered' but left (dumped) outside on my doorstep. I was away. I have an open garden where all passers by can see and gain access to the doorstep. I do not have the item. I contacted the seller and they refused to refund me or send a replacement. They claimed the item had been delivered so they had done their part. Paypal ruled against me and for them. I have been fighting this for two months. I rang PayPal today, as advised by them when I said I wanted to appeal. Finally after going round and around in circles got through to a human. They have given me a voucher on my account for the disputed amount. I have accepted it but I wanted Zero Miracle to pay. As far as I am concerned they are Scammers and Frausters. Yet, they still keep sending me marketing emails and I can't get them to stop. I am 73 and this has really stressed me out.
