Has anyone else not received a package and have resolution center keep pushing the date out further

Not happy with resolution time. Keeps getting continued. Sender admitted package went to wrong State.

Have you escalated to a claim?

The seller has the right to just refund which would close the claim if they admit they were wrong and want to end the claim with a refund.

Normally paypal allows 10 days post escalating the dispute to a claim but may allow longer for international transactions OR where the item may be returned to the seller or relocated on to you.
