Paypal fraud in payment to Facebook, claim rejected, no appeal button within 10 day limit

Hi, I have over five hundred pounds taken by fraud. A Facebook user hacked into my Facebook ads account and ran Chinese spam adverts. I have screenshots of everything including the fraudulent profile and the total account history. Everything is reported to Facebook. Paypal denied my claim and gave no reason. There is no appeal button by the decision even though it is within the 10 day window. Paypal - Please advise. Anyone else with ideas to resolve this would be very welcome! Thank you!

If it was your Facebook account that was breached and someone used your existing billing agreement in Paypal to make the transactions they would be indistinguishable from legitimate activity in your PayPal account and PayPal would not be able to determine that they are fraudulent.

You can check with customer services and appeal as per link?

Or maybe Facebook would help you?

Facebook may be able to help you?

Thanks @kernowlass - I am really puzzled as previously Paypal have been fine when I've needed help, so I'm still really surprised the claim was rejected with screenshots of Chinese spam which are very clearly not legitimate at all! I am waiting to hear back from Facebook, yes I hope they can help.
I have contacted customer services via that link and sent the screenshots. Thank you for the link that's very helpful!
