I have this annoying problem where someone that I have no idea about him/her has created a paypal account and linked it with my personal email. So, every time s/he login or make a purchase I get an email of that transaction and it is happening in another country or content even.
Thankfully neither my own PayPal account nor my credit card is harmed. It is just those annoying emails and I feel sorry for that person who's not aware that his personal transactions are being share with somebody else. How could I reach him/her to fix his problem or how could I inform PayPal that my other personal email has no PayPal account what so ever so they would opt/out my personal email.
