Hello everyone,
I recently sold an item through an online marketplace, and the buyer promptly transferred the payment via PayPal without much inquiry. The funds were added to my PayPal account; however, the following day, the buyer's account on the marketplace was suspended due to security concerns.
This has led me to question whether this could be a case of fraud and whether I should proceed with shipping the item. Is it possible for the buyer to retract the payment they've sent?
Thank you for your assistance.
