Filing a dispute for a digital good, what does "add a link to the details of the download" mean?

I'm trying to file a dispute for an undelivered digital good and I'm confused at the part that asks "add a link to the details of the download." What exactly would this be? I have screenshots with the seller, so do I put those into an online document with a link?
