Hello,

it is the 4th time i got the following email:

Dear Pablo,

Thank you for contacting us. This email is an automatic message. Based on the options you selected, we believe that the information below may be helpful.

If you didn't receive a satisfactory answer to your question, please reply to this email and one of our Customer Service representatives will contact you directly as soon as possible.

Sincerely,
PayPal

If your account is restricted, it means that you won’t be able to do certain things with your PayPal account, for example: sending, receiving or withdrawing money.

Usually, we ask you to complete one or more tasks to remove your account restriction. We always list the steps in your Resolution Centre.

If you received an email saying that your account is restricted but don't see any steps in your Resolution Centre, you may have received a fake email. Forward it to [removed] (I CANNOT WRITE THE EMAIL COMPLETELY CAUSE IT DOES ALLOW ME TO POST MY QUESTION... but i believe you guys know what i mean)  and we’ll investigate it for you. After you send us the email, delete it from your inbox. If you clicked on any links or downloaded any attachments within the suspicious email or website, log in to your account and view your transactions. It’s also a good idea to change your password.

If all the steps are completed and your account remains limited, it means one of 2 things:

•We've sent you an email asking for more information, or
•We're reviewing your case, and we'll email you with our decision, usually within 3 business days.

We will notify you by email of our decision.

Société en Commandite par Actions
Registered Office: [removed], [removed], Luxembourg
RCS Luxembourg B [removed]

I would like to know what is happening, i got restricted for reasons that do not match with my conditions and documents, which made me think there is a mistake. I'm sending screenshots and by the way I can send any documents to prove it was a mistake.

Could you please tell me if my situation is being verified and checked? how can i solve? how long does it take to paypal answer?

Thank you so much!!!

Hello @Pablo_657

Thanks for visiting the PayPal Community; welcome!

I understand you're concerned the emails you've received may be fake, and your account may also be limited. I'm sorry to hear about this, and I'll be happy to provide some guidance. First, I recommend visiting our Help Center to learn how to spot a phishing email here: How do I spot and report a fake, fraudulent, spoof, or phishing emails? If you determine that the emails are from PayPal and you find a limitation after logging in, you can learn how to lift it on our Help Center. I also suggest checking out this article for information about different documents that might be required. After submitting all documents within your Resolution Center, the case will move into a review status. If any documents are missing, the case will not move into review, so you'll want to ensure something is submitted for each required document. Once the review is complete, you'll receive an update by email.

I hope this information helps! If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to Customer Support through the 'Contact' page on PayPal.com.
