My company has been using PayPal regulary for well over 13 years, but we have never been able to verify our acccount.
A few years ago (about 5) I tried to verify the account but always recieved "Something has gone wrong"
This try again later has been on my account for well over 5 years. PayPal support was as usefull as a phonecharger under 30m of water. So I decided to simply stop using PayPal until they decide to unblock the account. Started using again, again same issues everything confirmed but the benificial owner.
But after 5 years PayPal managed to solve the error! By converting it into a new one!
As I am the only owner I tried putting 100% - 1% here but this error remains no matter what procentage I put in here.
Did anyone else have this issue and how did you solve it? Support always just copy pastes where I can edit this, but never explain how to get past this error, last two times they just ended the chat.
I am honestly so fed up with PayPal, their lack of support and these errors I just want to get the money they witheld, transfer it to my bank account and close PayPal forever and never use it again, even if it means I will loose a client or two I am beyond using a service like this anymore. So if there is a way to withdraw the money without going through this **bleep** of a support horror show please let me know.
