Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! I'm sorry to see that the images in your post were not able to be approved. 

Image approvals happen fairly quickly, but an image may be declined by a moderator if there is sensitive information or any objectionable material. I'm guessing that in this case, there was sensitive information present in the image. 

As @kermowlass helpfully mentioned, if you can provide the overall gist of the situation and a description of what you're seeing that doesn't include any sensitive information, the Community members may be able to assist further. If uploading images, make sure to edit the image to remove any sensitive information.
