Does anyone know if PayPal uses eye4fraud and would have provided my CC details to them.
I don't knowingly use them but apparently, my CC information was leaked to the dark web in a data breach against eye4fraud.com.

Hello @Low351,
Thanks for visiting the PayPal Community Forum; welcome!
I understand you're concerned if PayPal provided your information to eye4fraud. I can confirm we are not associated with them. Our number one priority is to keep your information safe, and we would never provide it to any other company. If you have not yet, please reach out to your credit card issuer and have them cancel any leaked card and banking details right away. You can learn more about PayPal's Privacy Policy by selecting 'Privacy' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
I hope you have an amazing rest of your week!

Hi PayPal_Meghan,
I designate a unique email address for every company I do business with, and my ID theft fraud alert called out "[removed]" which matches the address I use *only* at Paypal. Are you 100% sure that PayPal did not provide/sell/rent addresses to eye4fraud?
Thanks,
Derek

Hi @Temp20231231Y,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community! I applaud your caution in using unique email addresses. That's a creative means of keeping track.
If your PayPal-related email address is being targeted by fraudsters, consider whether you've supplied it to any merchants, sellers, buyers, or anyone else who might use it to try to interact with you or to leak as a valid email address to target. You may also want to make sure that your email account is secured, and that no one is able to log into it. Changing that password would be helpful in protecting yourself.
I hope this is helpful!
Olivia
