Dispute of unauthorized payments.

Achtitech keeps charging my account after I cancelled after the first month. I have emailed them repeatedly. They have said the account is cancelled and I am still being charged. How do I stop these payments??

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
