I purchased a collectible doll from a seller on Facebook Marketplace. The seller claimed it was the only one in stock. I completed the purchase through PayPal Goods & Services. However, two days later, my friend found the same listing with the same pictures and videos posted on multiple Facebook pages.
My friend inquired if the item was still available, and the seller confirmed it was, despite having already sold it to me. When I confronted the seller about this, they blocked me and stopped responding to my messages. I have not received the item or any tracking information.
