'The buyer stated that they didn't make this purchase.' x2 - purchases from October 2018.
Is this for real, am I really expected to be able to show proof of postage and delivery after this amount of time is elapsed for seller protection?
I am totally shocked.
buyer had purchased from me several times previously, all delivered no problems for them. looking back shortly after these two transactions another purchase from the same buyer was paid for with an E - cheque, foolishly but based on previous dealings being fine i sent said items and then, you've guessed it, the cheque bounced. I chased the buyer for payment both by email and letter but was met with silence and now this. A real blast from the past.
I feel i am being totally fleeced here.
