Should I wait more or just give up hope?

Hello all, need some help recently found myself stuck in a chargeback thing. I was the seller and the buyer did a chargeback/unauthorized transaction. So what I've been seeing and hearing from PayPal is that once they initiate with their bank PayPal sends the money back to the bank right away and will only communicate with the bank.  The buyer has recently said the dispute was closed and he authorized the transaction. Showed me the emails and the transactions of the money being taking out and the dispute being closed.  He also uploaded that proof to PayPal. So me saying all this PayPal still says they won't close it unless they hear directly from the bank. Even though these emails and bank statements came directly from the bank.  The buyer bank has stated they don't communicate to PayPal only to him. So my question is Am i SOL? Should i just give up?

TLDR; buyer charge backed, buyer bank closed it and said the transaction was authorized, but haven't communicated that with PayPal. Is it a waiting game or just give up hope?
