This is the most **bleep**tiest freaking business in the world they close your account without no notification saying that they're going to close it they just automatically close your **bleep** this is the second account they've done this to and Frick PayPal I hate this service they need to end this place this is not my money that's on hold it's somebody else's money on hold and I'm being blacklisted because of this **bleep**
If you have been permanently banned on one account then you are no longer allowed to use paypal or open a second account which is what it sounds as if you did. If you opened a second account then of course it would be closed as well as you have already been banned.
Funds are on hold for 180 days and you may be able to withdraw them after that time.
