Hi, have an issue with a high value order over $2000+.
I entered as small partial refund amount, hit return by accident, it then processed a full refund without confirmation!!
The fact that you can hit return without any confirmation and that it processed the full amount instead of the amount I entered is a horrible user experience!
Can't reverse, can't change the refund after the fact.
Paypal message center obviously doesn't provide any useful help.
Not able to talk to or contact a human asissant. Paypal's customer service experience leaves a lot to be desired.
In any case does anyone know how I am able to change a full refund into a partial refund instead?
