Wow i just typed a ton then stupid thing deleted after choosing an option..send 3 payments to same guy(cause 2 said failed/declined and then pending an hour later so i sent additional $20 to cover fees to the now know thief.sent $800 from debit declined/failed*. Sent $800 from credit card “declined / failed. Then an hour later they all said pending . Total of $1620 the guy blocked after. Cussed guy out and threatened cops days or week later and he immediately sent $800 back and blocked number. (I started dispute on paypal same day i sent money and guy blocked(jan 21st. Taken until TODAY for them to decline my refund. Yet they ruled “ in favor” of me for $20 but not 800 which is the same transaction/guy . *Democrat logic. I cant even type what i want to about these people this will probably be deleted/censored also

I was buying a car locally for $800 to have towed to me. later after sending the money (totaling 1620 cause the transactions said declined /failed until an hour later) that guy blocked after when he said he will cancel the transactions. Corrupt Paypal ruled in favor of this thief. That’s basically the entire story I sent money then guy blocked.

Paypal abided by their buyer protection policy which clearly states that the policy does not cover motor vehicles.

If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then maybe talk to your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you? Failing that small claims court against the merchant if you have that option in your country?

That’s for BUYING a car and not being able to return it if it’s a lemon or something wrong with it that. Last time I checked I didn’t buy anything and just a thief stole my money. Quit sympathizing for the thief and try again people like you are the reason why this is an issue
